If you have a complaint or comment about the care you receive at the surgery, speak to the practice manager or ask the receptionist for a form. We will always investigate all complaints promptly and we welcome any constructive suggestions.
This is a very busy surgery and although we try to run on time there may be times when you are unavoidably kept waiting. You will be attended to in due course and we hope that you will be patient and understanding at such times.
We support the government’s zero tolerance initiative for general practice and will remove any patients from the list who are rude, aggressive or violent to any member of the surgery staff.
