Whooping cough cases increase

pill_spill If you are on regular medication please return your prescription counterfoil to the surgery, by post or in person, at least two working days before you run out of tablets.

If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will post it back to you. Some local chemists are able to collect and deliver prescriptions, please ask the receptionist.

Your doctor will agree with you the number of repeat prescriptions you may have before asking you to make an appointment to check on your condition. If you have completely run out of your medicine your usual chemist may be able to give you a small supply.

We cannot accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
