If a you have a medical emergency, you can contact the surgery and we will speak to the duty doctor on behalf of the patient and offer support, advice and next steps information.
We have an in-house practice pharmacist who can consult with patients regarding their medical concerns and lease with the duty doctor when required.
We have a directly bookable in-house physiotherapist, care coordinator, social prescriber, health coach and substance misuse counsellor.
Please note
- Please do not ask for repeat prescription.
- Sick notes, signing forms, issuing letters and other paper works can not be done at this clinic.
- If the doctor asks you to book a routine appointment, please book the next available appointment and please do not ask to be put on the emergency list.
If you can not wait for the next available appointment, please call at 08:00 or come to the surgery at 08:00 for an on the day evening appointment with the duty doctor.
